Start a pillow projectDo the pillows have to be embroidered?
No. We embroider pillows in any of our designs, and we also make pillows in any fabric from our collection.
Browse fabricsCan the pillows match our drapery and chair backs?
Yes. Use the same embroidery pattern and color palette on your borders, chair backs and pillows for one coordinated look across the room.

Make it yours
What sizes and styles can I choose?
Any size. Our team can suggest the sizes and designs that are most cost-effective. Choose a knife edge or self welt, and an invisible zipper or pocket back.
Can I use my own design?
Yes. Send us your artwork or inspiration, or start from one of our embroidery patterns, and our art team will create a CAD for you and your client to approve.
Machine or hand embroidery?
Mostly machine embroidery keeps the cost down, and a touch of hand embroidery adds a pop. We'll help you find the right mix.
Can you add trim?
We don't stock pillow trims at the moment. If you'd like a trim, send it to us and we'll have it applied at our factory overseas.
Can I send my own fabric (COM)?
No. We make our pillows from our own fabrics, so we can guarantee the quality.
Hospitality & practical
What inserts do you use?
Quality inserts sourced for each project. They can be stuffed into the covers or shipped separately; stuffing is done by hand, so shipping inserts separately costs less.
How are pillows cleaned?
The covers are removable and typically dry clean. Stain treatment is available.
Do they meet fire codes?
Most of our embroideries pass CAL 117. Tell us your project's requirements and we'll confirm.
How are they packed?
Each pillow is individually bagged, ready to unpack and place.
Planning your order
What's the minimum order?
Typically 50 pillows.
How is it priced?
Per pillow, at very reasonable prices. Quantity and the type of embroidery drive the cost; our team can suggest sizes and designs that keep it down.
Send us your quantities for a quoteHow long does it take?
Most of the time is design: our art team draws a CAD, and once CAD and pricing are approved we make a strike-off in 3–4 weeks. Production takes about 8–10 weeks from PO, deposit and approved strike-off. Add shipping: air about 1–2 weeks, sea 6–8 weeks at lower cost. FR treatment adds 1–2 weeks. Working to a deadline? Talk to us early.
Can I see a sample first?
Yes: a sample of the embroidered fabric for your approval before production. (It is a fabric sample, not a finished pillow.)
